JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media platforms. This role is for someone who can go beyond basic posting and drive real engagement, brand growth, and lead generation.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of social media—from content creation to campaign execution and automation. We are looking for someone who is proactive, strategic, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities;

- Take full control and ownership of all social media platforms
- Manage and grow:
- LinkedIn (including writing and posting articles)
- Facebook (including campaign management)
- Instagram (posts, reels, engagement)
- TikTok (content creation and experimentation)

Create and publish:
- Videos
- Images/graphics
- Engaging and relevant content

Plan and execute a full social media strategy

- Manage and optimise Facebook lead generation campaigns, including:
- Campaign setup and monitoring
- Lead qualification questions within campaigns
- Performance tracking and optimisation

Integrate lead generation systems:
- Connect campaigns to calendar booking systems
- Ensure smooth lead-to-appointment flow

Implement and manage AI tools to:
- Automatically respond to enquiries
- Improve response time and lead conversion
- Monitor analytics and provide performance reports
- Continuously improve content and campaigns based on results

Requirements;

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Strong experience managing Facebook Ads and lead generation campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to generate real results (leads, conversions, engagement)

Experience setting up:

- Lead qualification questions
- Automated booking/calendar integrations
- Experience using or implementing AI tools for automated responses
- Strong content creation skills (video + graphics)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Must provide:
- Portfolio of previous work
- Campaign results (metrics and outcomes)
- Work history (who you have worked with and what results you achieved)
- Experience working with NDIS Providers in Australia (Highly Preferred)
- Screening & Verification Process

To ensure candidate quality, the following will be required:

- Detailed review of past work history
- Verification of campaign results
- Reference checks to confirm experience and performance
