Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support before, during, and after their tours. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining the high standards of service our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general tour information
- Provide personalized recommendations and support to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive tone - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, guides, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Uphold the company’s high standards of hospitality and service excellence

Requirements
- Fluent/native-level English (written and spoken) is required
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tourism
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions
- Flexible availability to work shifts within 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service platforms, booking systems, and communication tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel or tour industry
- Familiarity with Italy as a destination (Rome knowledge is a plus)
