About This Role
We're a growing US-based credit repair and business funding company that helps clients remove negative items, rebuild their credit, and qualify for cars, homes, and business funding. We use Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) to manage all client accounts and dispute letters.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Dispute Specialist to join our remote team full-time. This is a core operations role, you are the person who actually delivers results for our clients. If you're sharp, organized, and take pride in doing things right the first time, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
1. Manage active client accounts inside Credit Repair Cloud
2. Pull and analyze credit reports across all 3 bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
3. Identify and categorize negative items: collections, late payments, charge-offs, inquiries, public records
4. Draft and send dispute letters to credit bureaus using CRC templates
5. Track bureau response deadlines and log all results (deleted, verified, updated)
6. Escalate disputes to Round 2/3 strategies (debt validation, method of verification, goodwill letters)
7. Update client records with status notes after every round
8. Send weekly status updates to the Client Success team
9. Follow all internal SOPs and FCRA compliance guidelines
What We're Looking For
1. Strong written English — you'll be drafting professional letters
2. High attention to detail — mistakes here affect real people's financial lives
3. Organized and self-managed — you own your client list without being micromanaged
4. Comfortable working inside CRMs and web-based platforms
5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home setup
6. Available to work US Eastern or Central time zone hours (full overlap required)
Important Bonus
Full experience with Credit Repair Cloud and Go High Level
Knowledge of FCRA, FCBA, or US credit laws
Background in credit repair, collections, or financial services
What You'll Get
1. Starting pay: $5–$6/hour USD (~$400–$650/month part-time)
2. Performance raise to $7-8/hour after 60 days based on quality and output
3. Part-time, 10-25 hours/week — stable, long-term role
4. Full training provided on our SOP, CRC system, and dispute strategies
5. 100% remote — work from home
6. Paid via Wise or direct transfer, monthly
