Video Editing Virtual Assistant

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editing Virtual Assistant to work directly with
supporting content creation and video production. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for
detail, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience with modern video editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Production
? Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing use
? Cut, trim, and enhance raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos
? Add transitions, captions, sound effects, and music to improve viewer engagement
? Ensure videos align with brand style and messaging

2. Content Optimization
? Format videos for different platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube)
? Apply basic color correction and audio enhancement
? Optimize videos for performance (pacing, hooks, subtitles, etc.)

3. Collaboration & Workflow
? Work closely with the team to understand creative direction and requirements
? Turn around edits within agreed timelines
? Organize and manage video assets efficiently

Requirements
? Proven experience in video editing
? Proficiency in:
? CapCut
? Adobe Premiere Pro
? Strong understanding of social media video trends and formats
? Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
? Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to Have
? Experience with motion graphics or basic animations
? Familiarity with content strategy or social media marketing
? Experience working with international clients or remote teams
