Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients regarding insurance services
Guide prospects through a structured set of qualification questions
Follow the provided script and call flow accurately
Transfer qualified individuals to a licensed insurance specialist
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout calls

Qualifications:

Experience handling US insurance or financial campaigns
Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent
Ability to follow scripts and structured processes
Detail-oriented and consistent in execution
Reliable work-from-home setup with stable internet

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (PST hours)
