We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations at our law firm. This role involves managing incoming communications, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping ensure smooth client interactions. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
Respond to client inquiries via phone,
Schedule consultations and manage the attorney’s calendar
Maintain and update client records and case information
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and basic proofreading
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and file organization
Coordinate with clients and provide general updates (non-legal advice only)
Support day-to-day operations to improve efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (legal experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional phone demeanor and client service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
Experience with CRM or case management software
Work Expectations
Availability during business hours (Eastern Time-USA)
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Prompt response times and strong attention to detail
Compensation
