I am launching a medical marketing agency serving GLP-1 and metabolic health clinics nationwide. I am also launching a telehealth practice. I need an experienced full time operations manager to run day to day operations of both businesses completely.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEAD GENERATION (TOP PRIORITY)
They must:
Post content (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
Repurpose content using AI
Upload consistently (daily or near-daily)
Goal: Get people interested
2. FUNNEL MANAGEMENT
They must:
Maintain landing page (basic edits)
Manage quiz funnel (if you build one)
Ensure forms work
Track leads
Goal: Capture leads properly

3. LEAD FOLLOW-UP (MOST IMPORTANT MONEY TASK)
They must:
Respond to:
DMs
Texts

Emails
Follow up with leads:
Same day
Next day
Until booked
Goal: Convert interest: booked consultations
4. APPOINTMENT BOOKING
They must:
Schedule patients
Confirm appointments
Send reminders
Goal: Show-ups = revenue
5. AI TOOL USAGE
They must use:
ChatGPT ? content, replies
Basic automation tools
Goal: Speed + efficiency
6. SIMPLE TRACKING
They must track:
Number of leads
Number of bookings
Show-up rate
Goal: Know what’s working

Manage GoHighLevel CRM and all automations for both businesses
Create all social media content using ChatGPT and Canva daily
Create websites and landing page for both business
Schedule and post all content across Instagram ---------- ---------- and Facebook
Manage all client email newsletters and monthly reports
Handle all client communication between my strategy calls
Monitor and optimize all GoHighLevel automations
Build and maintain all SOPs in Notion
Send me a 5 bullet point Slack update every day by 4pm Eastern
Manage all incoming leads and prospects in CRM
Build and manage clinic patient pipeline in GoHighLevel

Canva — portfolio of work required
ChatGPT and AI content tools — required
Excellent written English — tested in application
Available 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time Monday to Friday
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing agency or business operations
Stable fast internet and professional quiet work environment
Webcam for weekly video tea ---------- etings

Experience with healthcare or medical businesses
