???? We're Hiring: Facebook Ads Launcher
We're looking for a detail-oriented Facebook Ads Launcher to join our growing e-commerce team. You'll play a key role in our daily ad operations — launching campaigns, cutting underperformers, and helping us scale across multiple stores in the UK and US markets.

???? Your Responsibilities

Launch new ad campaigns based on our provided structure and naming system
Kill underperforming ad sets and campaigns following clear KPI rules
Monitor daily performance and update spreadsheets with key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS)
Communicate daily with the media buying team via Slack
Follow strict routines and maintain consistent accuracy


? Requirements

Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager (mandatory)
Strong understanding of key metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS
Excellent attention to detail — reliability is non-negotiable
Daily Slack communication is a must
Available 2–3 hours per day, with potential to grow
Stable internet connection and fluent English
Must be available during UK and US daytime hours (GMT/EST/PST)

$3–$4/hour depending on experience
Long-term position — hours will increase as we grow

Flexible schedule, but you must check and manage ads daily during UK and US daytime hours (GMT / EST / PST).
