Top-producing Houston real estate agent (probate niche) seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Assistant to help revamp and scale our online presence.

This is a 90-day performance-based contract, beginning with a 30-day evaluation phase. Renewal is based on execution, initiative, and measurable results.

This is NOT a task-only VA role.
We are looking for a marketing thinker and executor.

Key Responsibilities
• Improve and optimize website and landing pages
• Implement and manage Meta retargeting campaigns
• Execute YouTube SEO strategy and assist with video editing
• Create and publish probate-focused real estate content
• Strengthen overall SEO structure and visibility
• Track KPIs and provide weekly performance reports

Requirements
• Proven experience in Real Estate Marketing (required)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Experience running retargeting campaigns
• Ability to tweak and improve website structure
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and editing basics
• Leadership mindset — proactive, solutions-oriented
• Excellent written and spoken English

Position Details
• $10 per hour
• 4 hours per day
• 5 days per week
• Performance-based 90-day contract
