Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (WFH | Multi-Brand | PH Applicants Only)

We are hiring a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing remote team. This is a work-from-home role open to Filipino applicants who are highly organized, proactive, and experienced in digital marketing execution.

You will be handling 4–5 brands, so this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to plan ahead, execute campaigns, and keep everything organized.

???? What You’ll Do

Plan, create, and schedule social media content 1–2 months in advance

Manage and organize marketing calendars across multiple brands (4–5 accounts)

Execute outreach campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing)

Develop marketing plans and promotions based on available content

Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales Manager

Improve lead-to-demo conversions through better messaging and funnels

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports

Handle media buying and paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Launch and optimize lookalike audiences, retargeting campaigns, and funnels

Support marketing for events, expos, and trade shows (before, during, after)

Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed

???? MUST HAVE (Non-Negotiable)

Strong experience in Media Buying / PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Proven experience with lookalike audiences and campaign optimization

Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously

Strong project management and organization skills

Experience in content planning and scheduling in advance
