JOB OVERVIEW

The job entails overall support for the Australian operations team including:
Order Processing
• Monitor new orders daily.
• Place supplier orders accurately.
• Track shipments and update tracking details.
• Follow up on missing tracking.
• Handle split shipments and supplier-specific workflows.
• Orders must be checked once in the morning and once near the end of Sydney business hours.

Customer & Supplier Communications
• Send professional customer emails.
• Request missing information (DOB, shipping details, etc.).
• Follow communication standards.
• Use correct email accounts and follow protocols.

Other Tasks:
• Product and Supplier Management
• Process documentation and approval
• New Customer Onbaording Support
• New Customer research
• Cart creation for new customer meetings

We are looking for a proactive worker, experienced in customer service and ecommerce managment. This role will grow to a full time roll and eventually a managerial position when as we grow and have the capacity to hire more staff.
Wage is negotialble based on experience
