Marketing Assistant

We are a growing Australian business looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support email marketing, brand content, and e-commerce execution.
This is a contract role working directly with the Marketing team. You will take ownership of key marketing tasks and help drive day-to-day output.

Key Responsibilities


Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
• Set up and manage campaigns and flows
• Monitor and optimise existing flows
• Manage lists and segments
• Write and schedule email campaigns

Content & Blog Writing
• Write blog content with SEO in mind
• Support landing page and campaign copy
• Ensure content is structured and optimised

Shopify & E-commerce
• Make updates to Shopify (products, pages, content)
• Create and manage product listings (Shopify, Amazon, other platforms)

General Support
• Create simple assets in Canva
• Manage Google Drive and organise files
• Conduct online research and support ad hoc tasks

Requirements (Must Have)
• Experience with Klaviyo
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with product listings (Shopify, Amazon or similar)
• Experience with Canva
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Experience with AI platforms – Chat GPT and Claude.

Role Details
