DM Setter

We are Beauty CEO Academy — a US-based online school for nail salon owners who want to build profitable businesses. Our founder Sasha Podgorny runs a 5,000 sq ft salon serving 1,000+ clients/month and has helped 600+ salon owners grow their income.
What you will do:
You will handle incoming DMs on Instagram, qualify leads using a provided script, and book them for a sales call. Leads are warm — they already showed interest in our program. Your job is to move the conversation forward and get them on a call.

Respond to incoming DMs within 10 minutes during working hours
Qualify leads: ask the right questions to understand their situation
Book calls using a calendar link
Follow up with leads at day 1, 3, and 7
Update lead tracker (Google Sheets or CRM) daily
Submit a short daily report

You are a great fit if you:

Write fluent, natural English (required — US audience)
Have experience in sales, customer chat, or client communication
Are fast to respond and highly organized
Can handle objections like "too expensive" or "I'll think about it" calmly
Are available during US Eastern Time hours
