JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analysis Specialist to support quality control across multiple departments, including onboarding, content production, and web operations.

This role is responsible for auditing deliverables, monitoring systems, organizing data, and reporting performance metrics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and consistent in following processes.

Compensation:
Pay: $240 per week (flat rate)

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:

Must work at least 3 consecutive hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (required overlap window)
Remaining hours are flexible

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Auditing

Conduct audits across:
*Onboarding deliverables
*AI MODE (scripts and video outputs)
*GBP and Web team outputs
*Review work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
*Audit script quality from scriptwriters
*Identify errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps

Data Tracking & Reporting
*Maintain organized records of all audit findings
*Track and report performance metrics based on audit results
*Ensure data is accurate, structured, and accessible
*Provide clear reporting that supports team scorecards

System & Automation Monitoring
*Monitor automations to ensure they are functioning correctly
*Identify failures or inconsistencies in systems
*Report issues immediately for resolution

Data Sources & Platforms
The QA Analysis Specialist will audit and gather data from:

*Trello (task tracking and workflow management)
*Client Websites
*YouTube (content verification and publishing checks)
*HubSpot (client data and reporting)
*Google Business Profiles (GBP performance and accuracy checks)

Cross-Team Support
*Work across all departments to support quality and consistency
*Act as a checkpoint to ensure standards are being met
*Help identify trends and recurring issues across teams
