Video Editor for Performance Ads (Full time & Long term only)

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor specialized in high-performance Meta Ads.

Your main mission is simple but critical:

-> Take winning ads and produce multiple strong variations for Meta testing by:

*changing hooks
*changing pacing
*swapping b-roll
*creating clearly differentiated versions from proven winners

> This is not YouTube editing.
> This is not cinematic editing.
> This is direct-response advertising built for performance.

Output Expectations
8–12 variations per day on average
Typical video length: around 60 seconds
Fast turnaround, often within 24 hours

You will follow very clear SOPs with Notion documentation, examples, references, and instructions.

Your focus will be on:

*scroll-stopping hooks
*retention
*fast-paced editing

// Our ads are in French, but you do not need to speak French.

*You will receive:

-English instructions
-translations
-references and examples
-clear SOPs in Notion

Your role is execution-focused, not copywriting-focused.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST-HAVE
You are a good fit only if:

-you have experience editing Meta / Facebook Ads
-you understand hooks, pattern interrupts, and retention editing
-you can produce 8–12 variations per day
-you are fast, organized, and disciplined
-you can follow instructions exactly
-you accept feedback and iterations well

NOT A FIT IF
-you only edit YouTube or cinematic videos
-you prefer “beautiful” edits over performance
-you need creative freedom to invent concepts from scratch
-you are slow or inconsistent

Salary: $1,000 to $1,500/month USD depending on skill, speed, and reliability
