Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Content + Operations) – Trading Business

Overview:
I’m looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to support my trading business. This includes managing content, assisting with daily operations, and helping scale a fast-growing trading community and social media presence.

About the Business:

Online trading education/community (forex & futures)
Active social media presence (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
Focus on content, growth, and monetisation

Responsibilities:

Clip long-form YouTube videos into short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
Assist with video editing (CapCut or similar)
Create simple graphics and thumbnails using Canva
Help script content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
Organise files (Google Drive) and manage content workflow
Assist with posting content across platforms
Support general admin and business tasks as needed

Requirements:

Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Experience working as a VA or within an online business
Basic understanding of social media content (YouTube, IG, TikTok)
Experience with:
CapCut (or similar editing software)
Canva
AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Organised, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Willing to work full-time and grow with the business

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Interest or experience in trading (forex/futures)
Experience working with creators or online education brands
