Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Website Designer (Wix Specialist) to lead the design and development of client websites using Wix. This role is ideal for someone who understands user experience, accessibility, and content-driven design, and can translate complex healthcare and community information into clear, intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Wix Website Designer who understands user experience, content structure, and accessibility—not just visual design. You’ll lead website builds from concept to launch, translating complex information into intuitive digital experiences.

What You’ll Do
• Design and build responsive websites using Wix (Editor or Studio)
• Structure websites for clear navigation and user journeys
• Translate content into clean, readable, well-organized pages
• Apply UX best practices to improve usability and engagement
• Ensure accessibility and mobile responsiveness
• Manage domains, integrations, and basic SEO setup
• Troubleshoot and maintain websites

What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of website design experience
• Strong Wix experience (Editor or Studio)
• Strong understanding of UX and content-driven design
• Experience managing full website builds
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve

Nice to Have
• Healthcare or public sector experience
• SEO and analytics familiarity
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Working Style
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Some overlap with Eastern Time required
