Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Brand Partnerships & Onboarding Manager to identify, recruit, interview, and successfully launch new brands onto the BLK + GRN platform. This person will manage the full lifecycle of brand onboarding — from outreach through affiliate setup, Shopify page builds, and ongoing sales tracking and invoicing.
This is a remote, part-time contractor role ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, systems, and supporting small business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Sourcing & Outreach: Identify aligned Black woman-owned brands that meet BLK + GRN’s non-toxic standards
- Conduct outreach and manage follow-ups: Lead brand interviews and assess alignment with platform values and requirements
- Brand Onboarding & Launch: Guide accepted brands through onboarding process
- Set up affiliate links and tracking systems: Build and publish Shopify product/brand pages
- Operations & Reporting: Track monthly affiliate sales performance
- Prepare and send monthly invoices to brands: Maintain accurate records of brand status, performance, and payments
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable conducting interviews and managing external relationships
- Experience with Shopify, affiliate platforms, or e-commerce preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Aligned with BLK + GRN’s mission of non-toxic living and economic equity
