JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
I am an author and entrepreneur launching my book Surviving Through Negativity as part of a global movement.

We are building a crowdfunding campaign from scratch on Kickstarter with a target of $250,000–$275,000, and I am looking for a proven crowdfunding operator who can:
• Build and launch the campaign
• Drive funding through outreach, partnerships, and high-ticket opportunities
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
This is NOT a virtual assistant role.?This is a senior-level, performance-based position focused on generating real revenue.

Compensation:
• $10,000 bonus if $250,000 goal is reached and funds are successfully received
• $15,000 bonus if $275,000+ is reached and funds are successfully received
• No upfront payment
• No payment if campaign does not reach $250,000

This is a high-risk, high-reward role designed for someone confident in delivering results within a 30–60 day timeline.

Responsibilities:
Kickstarter Campaign (From Scratch)
• Build and publish campaign on Kickstarter
• Rewrite and optimize campaign copy (story, positioning, offer)
• Structure reward tiers (including high-ticket tiers $1K–$10K+)
• Optimize conversion flow and campaign layout

Content Optimization
• Review existing campaign video and images
• Improve messaging, hook, and call-to-action
• Reposition assets for higher conversion

Revenue & Growth Execution
• Execute daily outreach (100+ contacts/day):

• Sponsors
• Entrepreneurs
• Influencers
• Strategic partners
• Generate and manage qualified leads
• Book calls and support closing opportunities
• Secure high-ticket backers ($1K–$10K)
• Identify sponsorship opportunities ($5K–$20K)

Campaign Management
• Track performance and optimize daily
• Manage campaign updates, urgency, and messaging
• Maintain follow-ups and pipeline tracking

Pre-Launch Requirement (Critical):
The campaign must be structured to achieve: 30–50% of total funding within the first 48 hours of launch
Candidates must demonstrate experience or strategy in:
• Securing pre-launch commitments
• Building early ---------- ntum
• Driving high-conversion launch sequences

Campaign Reference Access:
Selected candidates will be given access to previous campaigns.
You are expected to:
• Analyze past campaign performance
• Identify gaps and missed opportunities
• Rebuild a stronger, higher-converting campaign

Initial Evaluation Task (Required):
Shortlisted candidates must:
1 Review a past campaign
2 Provide:
3 specific improvements to increase conversions
4 Recommended reward tier structure
5 Strategy to reach $250K–$275K
6 Only candidates who demonstrate real strategy + execution thinking will be considered.

Key Expectations:
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Execute with speed, urgency, and accountability
• Provide daily activity updates
• Focus strictly on revenue generation—not vanity metrics

Ideal Candidate (Strict Requirements):
• Must have successfully launched and funded at least one Kickstarter campaign
• Experience raising $50K+ preferred (higher is better)
• Strong background in:
• Crowdfunding strategy
• High-ticket sales or sponsorships
• Business development / growth
• Strong copywriting and conversion mindset
• Fast communicator and highly responsive
• Comfortable working in a performance-only compensation structure
