JOB OVERVIEW

The Mission
You will be the first technical hire and "Lead Architect" for a multi-business AI portfolio based in the US. You will lead the development of a 100-agent ecosystem across four distinct business units (SEO/AEO, Vehicle Arbitrage, Real Estate, and Fintech). Your goal is to move beyond simple automation and build autonomous, "agentic" systems that reason, plan, and execute.

Core Responsibilities
Agentic Orchestration: Design and deploy multi-agent workflows using OpenClaw and DigitalOcean Gradient AI.

Distributed Architecture: Manage a fleet of DigitalOcean Droplets, ensuring each business unit ( ---------- , ---------- , etc.) remains isolated yet interconnected via a central "CEO" Orchestrator.

The Utah Bridge: Securely integrate cloud agents with a physical Android/Mac Mini device farm in Utah using Tailscale and private networking.

Security & Secrets: Implement a Zero-Trust security model using Doppler to manage API keys and credentials without exposing production secrets.

Full-Stack Agility: Build and maintain frontend dashboards (React/Tailwind) and backend databases (Managed PostgreSQL) to visualize agent performance and manage "Human-in-the-Loop" approvals.

Required Skills
AI/LLM Proficiency: Deep experience with Claude 3.7/4.6, GPT-5, and Llama models. Experience with prompt engineering and agentic "chain-of-thought" logic is non-negotiable.

Cloud DevOps: Expert-level knowledge of DigitalOcean (Droplets, Projects, VPC) and Docker.

Networking: Experience with Tailscale, mesh VPNs, and secure "Local-to-Cloud" tunneling.

Backend Stack: Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and GitHub Actions (CI/CD).

Ownership Mentality: Ability to work autonomously with a "founder’s mindset" during US Mountain Time (MST) overlaps.
