Wholesale Outreach Assistant – Boutique Stores (Fashion / Clothing Brand)

We are a vintage-inspired clothing brand (Artree Design) looking to expand into boutiques and retail stores across the U.S.

We are looking for a long-term assistant to help us find boutiques and reach out to store owners for wholesale opportunities.

Your tasks:

Find boutique stores (online + physical stores)
Collect contact info (email, Instagram, owner name if possible)
Send outreach messages using our templates
Follow up with interested stores
Organize all leads in Google Sheets

What we’re looking for:

Strong written English
Experience with research (Google, Instagram, Shopify)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable doing repetitive outreach daily

Bonus:

Experience with wholesale or fashion
Experience contacting boutique owners

Work:

Start part-time (10–20 hrs/week)
Long-term position with growth

Compensation:
$5–8/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses
