About us
We are a growing women's jewelry brand operating fully online. Our team is remote, results-driven, and fully Filipino — you will be working alongside a team of talented Filipino professionals in an online environment. We take ownership of our work and move fast. We are now looking for a sharp Dispute Manager to own our chargeback process end-to-end.

What you'll be doing
Managing and resolving chargebacks and payment disputes from start to finish
Writing strong dispute responses to maximize our win rate
Tracking dispute trends and flagging patterns to prevent future chargebacks
Keeping accurate, organized records of all cases and outcomes
Communicating directly with payment providers on open cases
Continuously improving our dispute process and internal documentation
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dispute or chargeback role
Must have worked at an e-commerce company processing $300,000+ per month in revenue
Hands-on experience with Reamaze or similar helpdesk tools
Strong knowledge of chargeback reason codes and payment provider portals
Able to work fully autonomously — no micromanagement here
Excellent written English communication skills
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
Nice to have
Experience with multiple payment providers and their dispute portals
Background in fraud prevention or risk management
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
