The Role
We are looking for a video editor to join our creative team. You will work directly from detailed creative briefs to produce high performing ad creatives (video ads).
This is not a passive editing role. We need someone who understands performance creative, thinks in hooks and knows the difference between content that looks good and content that actually converts.
What You Will Be Working On
You will be editing a wide variety of ad formats including:
UGC style creatives edited to feel authentic and organic
Founder video ads with a premium high end feel
Animated and AI generated concept videos including Pixar CGI style, podcast format and cinematic storytelling ads
Social proof and testimonial mashup videos
Voiceover driven science and biology explainer ads
Short form TikTok and Reels style content
Split screen and before and after formats
Every project comes with a detailed brief including the script, persona, awareness stage, angle, visual direction and reference images. Your job is to bring that brief to life in the edit.
Important Points
You need to be comfortable and experienced in working with AI to generate videos, images and voiceovers.
Able to follow a brief precisely while also bringing creative instinct to the edit
Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
Fluent in English, written and spoken
What Working With Us Looks Like
You will receive a fully detailed creative brief for every project (1 per day). No guessing, no vague direction. Each brief includes the concept, script, persona, angle, awareness stage, visual references and specific directions for the edit. Your job is to execute that brief at the highest possible level and deliver a polished final cut ready to go live.
We move fast. We test a lot. We iterate based on data.
Amount of work and payment
We currently need 2-3 hours of work per day, for a minimum of 5 days a week.
Payment is 3USD/hour. This can increase over time.
Potential for both more work hours and higher pay.
