Long term Virtual assistant needed

I want to hire someone that is smart and that is able to understand the dynamic of what we do and not do things superficially.

We are a Facebook marketing company for Book publishing businesses and we are looking for someone to put in the time and find out the statistics of what is working for us and find pictures online based on what is working so far.

Basically, based on our previous results with such as text, images, and headlines that you will be provided with, you will have to analyze everything and tell us what's working the best so we can focus on doing more of that.

- You must know the basic of photoshop to resize images and tweak them.
- you have to study our best ads and analyze them.
- search for similar images on Google/ and other stock images sites.
