Website Designer/Developer (Launch Page)

I need a an website designed to launch my new software application. This will most likely be a one time project but I might hire someone to maintain the website.

It is healthcare oriented, but mostly a job board software app for healthcare professionals. I do not want it to look medically driven in design but instead a software application launch.

This will be a good opportunity for someone who who is early in their career in website design. I am open to anyone that is interested in this fairly easy project.
