Media Production & AI Technology | Full-Time | Remote

ABOUT THE COMPANY
This role supports two US-based companies under shared leadership.
Upscale Media LLC is a premiu ---------- dia company producing cinematic wedding films through Bordeaux Weddings, sorority recruitment and event media through Sorority Nation, and ongoing creative partnerships for non-profit organizations, brands, and mission-driven clients. The work spans wedding cinema, event coverage, campaign content, social media assets, and recurring media partnerships — all held to a premium editorial standard.
Angry Digital Inc. is a US-based AI technology company building Nexeo.ai — an AI Search Intelligence platform that helps digital agencies track, measure, and optimize how their clients appear in AI-powered search results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and more). We’re a fast-moving founding team backed by real revenue from our e-commerce portfolio and owned media properties. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company building category-defining software.
Your workload will be split across both entities: premium cinematic, event, and brand content for Upscale Media, and podcast, promotional, and product content for Angry Digital.

THE ROLE
You’ll be the primary editing engine across both companies. On the Upscale Media side, that means cinematic wedding films, sorority recruitment videos, event recaps, and social clips. On the Angry Digital side, you’ll edit podcast episodes, cut promotional clips, and produce brand content. You’re not building creative strategy from scratch — you’re receiving raw footage, references, and creative direction, then delivering polished, on-brand edits with speed and consistency. You’ll work directly with the COO and production team, follow established SOPs, and own your turnaround deadlines.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit cinematic wedding highlight films, ceremony edits, and feature-length wedding films for Bordeaux Weddings
Edit sorority recruitment films, bid day recaps, philanthropy videos, and event content for Sorority Nation
Edit podcast episodes and produce short-form clip packages for the Angry Digital Podcast
Cut short-form social clips (15–60 seconds) from long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Produce brand and product content for Angry Digital Inc. and Nexeo.ai as needed
Sync and manage multi-cam and multi-audio source footage, including external recorders and drone footage
Color grade and color correct footage to match brand-specific looks and client expectations
Follow established editing SOPs, naming conventions, and project file structures
Manage assets through cloud-based review and delivery platforms ( ---------- , Dropbox, Replay)
Execute revisions within defined revision windows — typically two rounds per deliverable
Maintain consistent turnaround timelines and communicate proactively on delivery status
Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and final exports with proper folder structure
Create motion graphics, lower thirds, and title cards as needed for branded content

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio of completed work
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — this is the primary editing platform across all brands
Solid understanding of color grading workflows (Lumetri, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Experience editing wedding films, event content, or cinematic short-form projects
Ability to sync multi-source audio and manage multi-cam timelines cleanly
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and emotional tone — especially for cinematic and narrative-driven edits
Comfortable working with large file volumes including 4K footage and Blackmagic RAW (BRAW)
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow brand guidelines, SOPs, and revision checklists without dropping quality
Reliable high-speed internet and a capable editing workstation (you supply your own hardware)
Clear communication skills in English — written updates, revision notes, and delivery confirmations
Willingness to work with some US ET overlap (minimum 3–4 hours daily)

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)
Experience with DaVinci Resolve as a secondary editing or grading tool
Motion graphics capability in After Effects (lower thirds, title sequences, transitions)
Drone footage editing experience
Familiarity with cloud review platforms like ---------- or Replay
Podcast or long-form audio editing experience (Descript, Audition, or similar)
Experience with AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Autopod, Descript, Opus Clip) for workflow acceleration
Basic sound design and audio mixing skills beyond simple dialogue sync
Experience editing content for sorority, Greek life, or event-driven organizations

COMPENSATION & DETAILS
Salary: $450–600/month depending on experience
Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible with minimum 3–4 hour US ET overlap
Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
Benefits: 13th-month pay, performance bonuses, compensation growth tied to output quality and reliability, clear path to Senior Editor or Post-Production Lead as we scale

HOW TO APPLY
Send your resume, a link to your editing reel or portfolio (3–5 pieces showing range across cinematic, event, and/or short-form work), and a short Loom video (under 3 minutes) walking through one editing project from import to export — show us your timeline, your process, and how you organize your workflow. We want to see how you think, not just what you deliver. Bonus points if your Loom shows your actual screen and tools, not just a talking head.
Applications without a portfolio/reel and a Loom video will not be reviewed.
