Virtual Assistant - Appointment Setter

We're a growing social media and lead generation agency looking for a sharp, driven Virtual Assistant to handle appointment setting. You'll be the first point of contact for warm leads - starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking calls for our sales team.

This is a remote, commission-heavy role with real earning potential for someone who's consistent and coachable.

What You'll Do
You'll engage prospects across messaging platforms, email, and follow-up sequences. You'll qualify leads based on our criteria and get them booked on the calendar. You'll keep our CRM and KPI tracker updated with clean, accurate records. You'll hit daily and weekly booking targets, and work closely with team leads to sharpen scripts and improve conversion rates.

What We're Looking For
We need someone with excellent English - written and spoken, near-native level. You should be a strong communicator who's organized, detail-oriented, and shows up consistently. A reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup are a must, and you need to be available during U.S. business hours.

Compensation - Earn Up to $1,750/Month
Base pay is $250/month, paid out $125 bi-weekly. On top of that, you earn $50 for every deal that closes. Hit milestones and you unlock bonuses: $100 at 5 closes, $200 at 10, $300 at 15, and $500 at 20. So at 5 closed deals you're at $600/month, at 10 you're at $950, at 15 you're at $1,300, and at 20 you're pulling in $1,750.

Payment is via Wise or PayPal.
