Pre Construction Manager

The Pre-Construction & Estimating Manager is responsible for overseeing the full pre-construction process—from initial estimates and takeoffs to plan check approvals. This role ensures projects are accurately scoped, budgeted, and fully prepared before construction begins.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing plans and designs for buildability and code compliance, coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants, and managing permit and plan check processes. The role also supports the sales team with accurate budgets and scopes while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong residential construction experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
