Full-Time YouTube Video Editor (Faceless Channels) – $30 per Video + Paid Test Project
Job Description:
We are launching new YouTube faceless channels and currently testing multiple niches (facts, top lists, motivational, finance, health, and others). We have a large bank of videos ready to produce and are looking to hire 3 skilled video editors to join our remote team on a full-time basis.
You will receive the script and voiceover (at the beginning). Over time, we will train you to create your own high-quality voiceovers using ElevenLabs. Experience with ElevenLabs is a big plus.
Pay:
• $30 per completed video (equivalent to ~$1 per minute of final edited video)
• Paid test project: $10 for editing a 1-minute sample video
• Consistent full-time workload with long-term opportunity and potential for growth
What You Will Do:
• Source your own relevant stock footage, B-roll, and images based on the script
• Edit 10–30 minute engaging faceless YouTube videos
• Add smooth cuts, dynamic transitions, text overlays, subtitles/captions, zoom/pan effects (Ken Burns), sound design, and background music
• Color correct footage, enhance audio, and optimize pacing for high viewer retention
• Deliver polished, YouTube-ready videos with proper organization
Requirements (Must-Have):
• At least 1–2 years of professional video editing experience (YouTube faceless or similar channels preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro acceptable)
• Strong English proficiency – you must fully understand scripts and content to choose appropriate visuals and timing
• Ability to find and select high-quality, relevant stock footage/B-roll that matches the script and niche
• Experience with or willingness to learn ElevenLabs for voiceover generation (big plus if you already have it)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a powerful computer for smooth 1080p/4K editing
• Excellent time management – able to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Your years of video editing experience
• Editing software you are strongest with

• Confirmation that you can source your own stock footage/B-roll
• Any experience with ElevenLabs or AI voice tools (optional but mention if you have it)
3. We will review portfolios and invite selected applicants to complete a paid test project ($10). You will receive a short raw sample (script + voiceover) and instructions to edit a 1-minute test video, including sourcing appropriate stock footage.
Only complete applications with strong portfolio examples will be considered. We need 3 editors to start immediately so we can quickly test different niches.
