High-Level Virtual Assistant (Luxury Aesthetics Brand – Lead Conversion Focus)

We are a luxury medical aesthetics office based in the U.S. looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to manage patient communication, lead conversion, and backend operations to support growth.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Respond to all incoming leads in a timely and professional manner and manage the pipeline through GoHighLevel
2. Convert inquiries into booked consultations and appointments
3. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our system (Mangomint)
4. Maintain organized communication and follow-up with potential patients

To qualify, you must have:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting a business or CEO
2. Strong customer service and communication skills (written and spoken English must be excellent). Strong high ticket sales skills preferred.
3. Experience with appointment setting, CRM systems, or inbox management. Experience with GoHighLevel
4. Ability to handle social media messages and convert leads into clients
