Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Real Estate

About the Role
We are a US-based real estate company looking for an experienced cold caller to contact property owners across the United States. Your job is simple — call owners, introduce our program, qualify their interest, and set appointments for our closing team.
This is a phone-heavy role. You will be dialing from a pre-loaded lead list every shift. If you are not comfortable making high volume outbound calls, do not apply.

What You Will Do

Make outbound calls to property owners across the US from a structured lead list in Go High Level (GHL)
Follow a proven cold call script to introduce our program and handle objections
Qualify leads based on property type and owner interest
Set appointments or callbacks for our closing team
Move leads through the correct pipeline stage in GHL after every call
Clock in and out via WhatsApp with a timestamp screenshot every shift
Submit an end of shift Google Form report showing total dials and appointments set


Requirements — All Three Are Mandatory

Experience cold calling property owners or landlords in the US real estate market — non-negotiable
Background in real estate — non-negotiable
Exceptionally clear spoken and written English — non-negotiable

You Are Also a Great Fit If You:

Are comfortable with rejection and stay persistent through long dial sessions
Can work independently without being micromanaged
Have experience with CRM tools — we use Go High Level
Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


Shift Structure

8 hour shifts, 5-6 days a week
Minimum 250 dials per shift
Target 3 appointments set per shift


Pay and Payment

$6 per hour
$20 per closed deal
Bi Weekly pay via Wise
Hours verified by tracking form
