Aha Business Solutions is a U.S.-based business strategy and systems consultancy. We help clients implement AI, automation, CRM infrastructure, and workflow design. We are looking for a skilled, reliable Virtual Assistant who is a GoHighLevel EXPERT and can hit the ground running.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Set up and troubleshoot GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts and sub-accounts
• Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, sales pages and websites inside GHL
• Design and implement workflows and automations
• Configure pipelines, custom fields, custom values, and tags
• Assist with social media scheduling and content support
• Support design tasks using Canva or similar tools
• Communicate clearly and deliver work on time — every time

???? YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU:
• Have hands-on GHL experience (not just familiarity — we mean EXPERT level)
• Can troubleshoot GHL issues independently
• Have a portfolio or Loom video showing your GHL work
• Are responsive, reliable, and proactive
• Have experience with funnel design, website builds, and automation logic
• Are comfortable with Canva and basic graphic design
• Can provide references from prior GHL clients
