his is a part-time operations role (15-20 hours/month to start) focused on managing and improving our Kajabi and CE-Go systems, increased pay based on conversions of course sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
Kajabi Operations; Manage Customer Support with Help Scout
Organize and maintain course modules and program applications
Build and update landing pages
Set up
Social media scheduling
Manage products and offers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
CE-Go Coordination
Set up CE events and certificates
Track attendee completion and records
Coordinate Kajabi purchases with CE-Go delivery
General Operations
Support basic marketing tasks

Qualifications
Required
Proven experience with Kajabi (portfolio required)
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Clear written English communication
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience with CE-Go or similar platforms
Background in online education, coaching, or healthcare
Canva or basic design skills
