Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to bridge the gap between creative content execution and operational support. This is a remote, hands-on role for a self-starter who excels at managing digital communities and keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Strategy
Multi-Platform Management: Execute daily posts across Reddit and other related industry forums, tailoring tone to each community.
Content Production: Build and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Video Editing: Repurpose long-form footage into high-impact short-form clips (Reels/Shorts) using AI tools and traditional editors (CapCut/Premiere).
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to maintain an authentic brand voice.

Marketing Operations Admin
Project Coordination: Own the marketing board, tracking deadlines and coordinating with vendors/partners.
Copywriting: Draft platform-specific copy, email campaigns, and SEO-friendly blog posts.
Reporting & Updates: Track performance via Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
Executive Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with research, digital asset organization, and platform audits.

Nice to have:

Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing (Tech, SaaS, or B2B preferred).
Platform Mastery: Deep "native" knowledge of Reddit and X (Twitter) culture.
Technical Savvy: Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva) and video editing software.
Precision: Extreme attention to detail: you catch the errors others miss.
Reliability: A deadline-driven worker who thrives in a remote environment without constant supervision.

Requirements
Portfolio (Mandatory): Applications without a portfolio of social media work will not be considered.
Language: Fluent written and spoken English.
