JOB OVERVIEW

This is a role for someone who thrives in the gap between strategy and execution — the person who makes sure the ideas that get generated actually go somewhere.

The founder of a 30-year creative agency needs a right hand. Someone who can hold the details so he can hold the vision. This isn't a reception job or a calendar-management job. It's a thinking-partner-who-also-gets-things-done job.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
On the agency side, you're keeping client projects moving — tracking timelines, managing communications, making sure nothing falls through the cracks between creative conversations and deliverables. You may interface with clients, vendors, and collaborators on his behalf, which means you need to understand how he thinks well enough to represent it accurately.
On the outside-projects side, he's involved in things beyond the agency — community initiatives, creative ventures, entrepreneurial work. You'll help manage the logistics, relationships, and follow-through those projects require.
Both sides demand the same thing: someone who can take a half-formed thought and turn it into a next action without needing to be walked through every step.

What Makes Someone Right for This
• You anticipate what's needed before it's asked
• You write clearly and communicate with confidence
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and can prioritize without a rulebook
• You care about doing things well, not just done
• You're organized in a way that actually shows up in outcomes, not just systems
• You know when to ask one good question instead of five okay ones

What This Isn't
This isn't a role for someone who needs rigid structure to operate. The work shifts, the priorities move, and some days will look nothing like the job description. That's a feature, not a flaw — if you're the right person.
