We’re on a mission to grow from $500K to $1M+ in the next 12 months—and we’re looking for someone who can help us consistently generate high-quality commercial leads (property managers, strata managers, body corporates, etc.).
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us find and connect with decision-makers in commercial property.
Your main goal is simple:

Research and build targeted lead lists:
Property managers
Strata/body corporate managers
Facility managers
Commercial building owners
Find contact details
Send outbound outreach:
Cold
LinkedIn messages
Follow-ups
Manage and update CRM (we’ll train you)
Track:
Replies
Leads booked
Opportunities generated
Continuously improve messaging based on results
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in:
Lead generation OR cold outreach OR appointment setting
Strong written English (very important)
High attention to detail
Self-motivated and reliable
Comfortable working independently
Results-driven mindset (you care about outcomes, not just tasks)
Bonus if you have:
Experience in B2B services or trades
Basic understanding of sales funnels
KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured)
Number of qualified leads generated per week
Reply rate on outreach
Meetings/bookings created
Opportunities added to pipeline
What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)
You are consistently generating new qualified leads weekly
You’ve helped book meetings with property managers
You’re improving outreach messaging based on results
Working Hours
Part-time or full-time (flexible)
Must overlap at least 2–3 hours with NZ time

Base hourly rate (based on experience)
