Real Estate Video Editor (Listing Videos + Social Media Reels)

Overview:
I am looking for a specialized Real Estate Video Editor. Please note: This role requires specific experience with real estate walkthroughs. If you only do general YouTube or gaming edits, this is not the role for you.

Primary Tasks:

Priority 1 (The Core): Edit 30–60 second professional real estate listing videos. You must understand how to handle interior lighting, color correction for property interiors, and "Speed Ramping" to make walkthroughs feel cinematic.

Priority 2 (Ongoing): Create engaging social media clips (Reels/TikToks) from a provided Google Drive of "behind-the-scenes" B-roll when no listing videos are active.

Requirements:

Specific Experience: You MUST have a portfolio that includes real estate property videos.

Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Turnaround: 24–48 hour turnaround is expected for listing videos once footage is uploaded.

Workflow: > We will use Google Drive for file sharing and [Insert Tool, e.g., Hubstaff] for time tracking.
