Job Title: Appointment Setter / Sales Closer
Location: Remote / Phone-Based
Job Type: Hourly AND Commission-Based

Job Description:

Our company is looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to work through our existing dead lead list and turn old opportunities into booked appointments and closed deals.

This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable on the phone, knows how to re-engage cold or inactive leads, and is driven by performance-based pay. Your main job will be to call past leads, restart the conversation, set appointments, and help move deals toward the finish line.

What You’ll Do:

- Call leads from a dead lead list
- Reconnect with prospects and identify renewed interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team or directly handle the next sales step
- Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready right away
- Track call activity, appointments set, and deal outcomes
- Help close deals when opportunities progress

Compensation:

- Hourly rate (to be discussed in the interview process)
- Commission paid for every qualified appointment you successfully set
- Additional commission paid for every deal you personally help close
- High earning potential for someone who can consistently generate results

- Strong phone communication skills
- Confidence in handling cold or inactive leads
- Ability to overcome objections and keep conversations moving
- Sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or follow-up experience preferred
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
