Customer Support & Social Media VA

Hi there. We’re hiring a Customer Facing VA role right now for our business.

? We run three UK companies, a serviced accommodation business (a bit like hotels), an eCommerce business (selling via Amazon US) and a Business Education business

ABOUT THE POSITION:
? Handle social media postings for all business accounts
? Create content for social media and blogs
? Handle customer service emails & messages for all of our businesses
? Do online research
? Work together with our other Customer Service VA and our Online Marketing Manager
? Report regularly on Weekly Work and KPIs
? Working hours are preferred to be Manilla time 11pm to 4am, plus weekend time to make up 40 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
? We pay on a fortnightly basis initially and will move to pay monthly
? We pay bonuses for great work
? We pay 13th month bonus
? We give pay increase based on performance
? Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 days per year)
? These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
