Automation & Systems Integration Specialist – TikTok Live

We are building a SaaS platform for TikTok Live creators — connecting social media, payments, and automation in one seamless system. We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist who can design, build, and manage complex workflows specifically for TikTok Live operations, from creator sourcing to onboarding, payment, retention, and ongoing management of creators/hosts.

You will work directly with the founder to build real, scalable systems — not just basic workflows. Portfolio or proof of success in the field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and manage multi-step automation workflows for TikTok Live operations
-Integrate platforms using Make (Integromat), APIs, and webhooks
-Ensure smooth data flow across Airtable, CRM, Notion, and other tools
-Monitor, debug, and improve TikTok Live automation systems
-Manage and oversee creators/hosts, ensuring smooth communication and platform operations
-Maintain extensive knowledge of messaging, correspondence, and management interfaces across all platforms

Requirements:
-Proven experience in automation and systems integration for real-world systems
-Expert in Make / Zapier or similar tools
-Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
-Experience with TikTok Live workflows is a must
-Portfolio/examples of real systems you’ve built showing measurable success

Bonus / Preferred:
-Payment integration experience (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
-Experience with AI tools (OpenAI, ChatGPT, etc.)
