Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Outreach (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, outreach, and daily operations. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research

Identify and collect 20–40 qualified leads daily
Research nonprofits, small businesses, and event organizations
Gather accurate contact details (email, website, Instagram, contact person)

Outreach Support

Send personalized outreach messages via email and social platforms
Follow provided scripts and templates
Maintain professional communication aligned with our brand

Follow-Ups & Tracking

Track all leads and conversations in Google Sheets
Manage follow-ups (2-day, 5-day, 10-day system)
Update lead statuses and flag interested prospects

Administrative Support

Organize data and maintain clean records
Assist with light social media posting and basic admin tasks when needed

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal English
Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or research
High attention to detail (no missing or incorrect data)
Ability to follow instructions and systems
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Proactive and responsive communication

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets
Background in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles

Work Details:

Part-time (4 hours/day, 5 days/week)
