CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Phone Team

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service support
Handle high volume calls to assist customer on their inquiries with utmost professionalism
Looking for someone who is happy, friendly and with a generally a great attitude
Lead on boarding of students and educating on how to use StudySoup.com

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any field.
Possess Perfect spoken and written English.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in the BPO Industry with the same capacity.
Customer service oriented. Good problem solving skills.
Familiar with Google Applications and a quick learner with new web applications.
Possess supervisory quality and amazing communication skills.

This is a work from home opportunity:

Able to work a set schedule which often includes weekends & full-time training hours
PC / Laptop with minimum 1 GHz to 1.5 GHz processor, 4 GB RAM, Tons of GB free space
Excellent computer navigation skills (move between multiple windows and programs)
Type at least 35 words or per minute (practice at typingtest prior to applying)
Existing High Speed Internet access at home (Ethernet, preferably no Wireless)
Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions
Clear speaking phone voice
