VA RN / Home Health QA

Conduct chart audits to ensure documentation supports medical necessity and billing compliance.
Communicate with field clinicians to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure physician orders, plans of care, and visit notes meet regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a quality assurance Registered Nurse in a home health setting
