Real Estate VA Position – $3/hr + Commission Bonus

Hi, my name is Joshua and I'm looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to join my wholesale real estate business.
What you'll be doing:
Following up with leads via phone using Dialpad
Updating lead statuses and notes in our CRM (Podio)
Setting follow-up tasks on every lead
Working Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
What I'm offering:
$3/hour paid weekly
Bonus commission every time we close a deal on a lead you worked
Long term position with room to grow

What I'm looking for:
Experience in real estate or cold calling preferred *Not required
Comfortable using CRM software
Reliable, organized, and self motivated
Strong communication skills
Must be available M-F 10AM–5PM CST
