We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand operating in the U.S. market. Our focus is on scaling through high-performance advertising, primarily on Meta platforms.

We are looking for a talented video editor who can combine technical expertise, creative vision, and AI tools to produce high-converting ad creatives.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time Video Editor (40 hours/week) to join our team and help scale our advertising efforts. This role goes beyond basic editing — it's about creating content that captures attention, engages viewers, and drives conversions.

This is a long-term opportunity with performance-based rewards for winning creatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Footage Research & Selection: Finding high-quality B-roll aligned with scripts and marketing angles
Video Editing: Producing engaging ad creatives using CapCut or similar tools
AI-Powered Content Creation:
Generating B-roll scenes using Higgsfield (including models like Kling 3.0)
Creating UGC-style and long-form content with Arcads AI or Kling
Writing effective prompts to maximize AI output quality
Voiceover Production: Using ElevenLabs to generate natural voiceovers
Creative Testing: Producing multiple variations to test hooks, angles, and formats
Collaboration: Working with the team to iterate based on ad performance
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
Proven experience with Higgsfield (non-negotiable)
Strong experience with Arcads AI or Kling
Experience using ElevenLabs
Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Strong prompt engineering skills
Portfolio of video ads (e-commerce or Meta ads preferred)
