Customer Support Representative (Long-Term, Remote)

Hi! We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team long-term.

You will be helping customers via email and/or chat.
Your tasks will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries
- Solving basic issues and answering questions
- Keeping customers happy and satisfied
- Using AI tools to assist with replies and translations when needed

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent English (written)
- Is patient and friendly
- Can communicate clearly and professionally
- Is reliable and organized
- Knows how to use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to respond to customers efficiently
- Can handle customer support in multiple languages using AI (e.g. English, Swedish, French, Italian)
- Has experience in customer support (preferred but not required)
