JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a professional and reliable Customer Service Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate has experience with Shopify and knows how to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Handle and resolve disputes and complaints
Update and correct customer information (e.g., adding house numbers in Shopify orders)
Process and follow up on orders and shipments
Ensure clear and customer-focused communication
Work efficiently: able to respond to approximately 30 emails within 1hour (depending on complexity)

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify is a strong plus
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional attitude and reliability
