Imperon is a startup AI business. We help service-based businesses automate their calls and bookings using AI. The person we hire works directly with the founder, gets real feedback, We're not a big company. We're building something from the ground up and looking for someone who's okay with that.

Cold Call service businesses, introduce what we do, and book demo appointments. That's it. Demos booked is your #1 metric. You'll hit 75 calls per day on your working days and keep simple notes on who you called and what happened.

You're just asking if they want to see something we already made for their business. People say yes out of curiosity alone.

Who This Is For
This role is for someone who is hungry. Someone who does not need a manager breathing down their neck to show up and perform. Someone who sees no base pay and thinks — good, that means no ceiling either. If you have ever bet on yourself and won, this is your role.

Who Is Not a Good Fit
• Don't like making calls
• Rejection slows you down or kills your ---------- ntum
• You need someone to check on you to stay consistent

What we need from you

Preferred 2 years experience in sales ( not required, if hungry)
Clear spoken English and solid written English — non-negotiable
Coachable — we'll give you a script and feedback, and we need you to actually use it
Comfortable making a lot of calls — rejection is part of the job and you're okay with that
Reliable — show up on your days and do the work
has some experience with google calendar ,crm ,etc
Cold calling experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
75 calls per day
Target 30 booked appointments per month

Pay & schedule
Part-Time Role 60 day Evaluation
$4/hour + Commissions, Bonus
5% of profit on deals (Standard Deal size $1,000)
Target is 30 Appointments per month
OTE $600 /monthly
20 hours per week
Pay is on the 1st & 15th every month.
4 hour shifts
Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-2pm EST
100% remote quiet space and good internet required
