Social media Growth Marketing Manager ( for A.I Virtual influencer)

Job Title: Social media Performance Growth Manager ($5/hr) – Ariel Kai AI Brand
The Mission:
I am building a premier A.I Virtual Influencer/ A.I model brand, (Ariel Kai A.I) page on instagram and tiktok, focused on Western Heritage, Fitness, and Lifestyle. We have a technical virtual assistant who is creating 9 videos across 3 platforms daily. I am currently seeking a (Social media Growth & Marketing Specialist) to be the architect behind (Ariel Kai AI) rise on Instagram and TikTok to get over 10k followers and monetized.

Note: You are NOT responsible for editing. You are responsible for Growth, Engagement, and Revenue.

Compensation & Trial Period:
Rate: $5.00 USD per hour for 20hrs a week

Trial Phase: 1-month total trial (with a 2-week "Performance Review" to see if you truly understand how to execute effectively whats needed for this role).

Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) to start, with potential for Full-time if thousands of followers or monetization occurs.

Top 3 Required Skills:
Social Media Growth Hacking (Algorithm Mastery): You must understand "Algorithm Triggering," not just posting. You know how to identify "Watch Time" trends and "Retention Hooks" specifically for US-based audiences.

Affiliate Marketing (Sales Conversion): You focus on "Clicks," not just "Likes." You understand the "Buyer’s Journey" and know how to optimize captions and "Link-in-Bio" funnels (Fanvue, Etsy, Stan Store) to drive revenue.

Content Strategy (Creative Briefing): You are the bridge to our Technical Manager. You will research competitors and provide Ritz with a daily "To-Do" list and creative briefs so he only produces videos designed to go viral.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction: Research trending Western/Fitness hooks and tell Ritz exactly which visual "Pattern Interrupts" to use.

Data Tracking: Maintain a Daily Growth Tracker (Google Sheets) documenting views, follower growth, and link clicks.

Community Management: Reply to all comments/DMs in Ariel’s "voice" to maximize engagement velocity.

Ad Management: Oversee a small daily "Testing Budget" ($5–$15) to find our ideal customer segments.
