We’re looking for the helpful, friendly first voice customers hear when they call our company. The right person for this job has excellent skills in spoken and written English. You must be technically-savvy enough to help customers navigate our websites as well as to help customers with account issues and purchases.
When you’re not assisting a customer, you’ll stay challenged with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. In this position, you’ll be a key part of keeping our daily operations humming.
This is a full-time, 5-day, 40-hour a week position with a schedule based on US time. Your work schedule is predictable yet varied enough to keep you interested. On any given day, you might:
• Help a customer who calls to ask a question about their login account
• Enter and cancel invoices
• Work to prepare course documents for publication on our learning management system.
• Enter products into the e-commerce section of our site, adjusting prices and product descriptions
• Communicate with customers by phone,
• Approval of blog visitor comments for publication on our sites.
• Assist with various projects assigned by management.
• Prepare customer billing reports and track payments

Other than having an intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skill level, there are no specific academic or work experience requirements for this position. To land this job, you will need to be able to articulate why you are the best candidate using specific examples from your school and/or work background. Internships, volunteer work and side projects count. Use your cover letter to cite specific examples of how your organizational skills and attention to detail have helped in the past.
